Position Summary:
The Associate Director, US Healthcare Provider (HCP) Marketing is responsible for supporting HCP marketing activities for first-in-class FILSPARI (sparsentan). FILSPARI is currently approved in the US for the treatment of IgA nephropathy (IgAN), a rare kidney disease, and is in development for another rare kidney disease, Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). This position will report to the Senior Director, HCP Marketing and will help drive the growth trajectory for FILSPARI.
The preferred applicant for this role should have demonstrated ability in the development of marketing tactics for both in-market and launch pharmaceutical products, ideally with experience in rare disease and/or nephrology. This role will lead the planning and execution of branded and disease state education marketing tactics for FILSPARI, with a primary focus on digital and non-personal promotional tactics.
Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of healthcare provider-directed branded and disease state education digital marketing tactics (e.g., banner ads, endemic display, SEO / paid search, custom media content, etc.) for FILSPARI across current and potential future indications

Partner with media agency to develop annual HCP Strategic and Tactical Media Plan and evolve in-year as needed in response to brand performance and market landscape evolutions

Lead development of media analytics / tracking plans and reporting to internal stakeholders

Execute data- and insight-driven, ongoing media mix optimizations to achieve strategic objectives

Provide strategic oversight to Travere-wide digital ecosystem / touchpoints for HCP customers

Partner with Associate Director, HCP Marketing on development of HCP-directed personal promotion assets with digital interdependencies (e.g., websites, videos, rep-triggered emails, etc.)

Represent Digital / Media in ongoing Brand and Tactical Planning for the Healthcare Provider marketing team aligned with strategy and evolving landscape dynamics

Ensure that the FILSPARI positioning, branding and messaging are integrated across all promotional communications to healthcare providers

Engage and manage agencies of record to execute relevant projects

Ensure deliverables are within budget and achieve business objectives

Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Market Access, Patient Advocacy and Patient Services to drive key cross-functional strategic initiative
