This is a non-exempt hourly position. The primary functions of the Montana Up Manager are to oversee daily operations and client training in the skill building program by maintaining t-shirt and swag production and contract securement to ensure opportunities for clients in the skill building programs. The program manager will maintain production and administrative activities to support daily operations to include order fulfillment, inventory management, invoicing, marketing, establishing new and maintaining customer relationships, website development and maintenance and other related tasks essential to the program.Requirements:* High School Diploma* Pass criminal background check* Must have a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and promote good customer service.Working knowledge of all aspects of client service delivery, including but not limited to: personal support planning, behavior support applications, community inclusion, etc.Must be dependable and reliable.Must be a self-starter, take initiative, and enjoy a certain amount of autonomy in their position.Must be a team-player with a positive attitude.Must enjoy working with all abilities.Must be detail-oriented.Must have strong computer and tablet skills, and experience using social media platform, etc.Must have good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including during emergencies.Must be flexible and comfortable with everchanging daily activities.Must have the ability to accommodate flexible working hours on a regular basis which may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.Must meet the criteria to be an approved driver for QLC and have reliable transportation.Must be a fun-seeking, energetic, dynamic individual who possesses strong emotional intelligence with natural leadership tendencies.Must have the ability to work productively with individuals and other team members to develop relationshipsQuality Life Concepts works with adults with developmental disabilities.
